Almost as fast as cherry blossoms arrive, the fall, leaving us with just the fleeting memories of another year. Here’s just the tattoo to demonstrate what we mean.

Even cherry blossoms can grab a man’s attention…

Love the cherry blossom design in this one, flows all over the girl’s body.

The focus of cherry blossom tree tattoos is usually on the flowers. Not the case here, as the trunk of the tree is definitely the feature that stands out most. Not sure what to make of that.

Sometimes girls don’t want to be ‘girly’ with their feminine tattoos. Dragons, powerful, protective, and fearsome, provide an interesting blend with the markedly feminine cherry blossom tattoo. Art is beautiful thing.

This tattoo utilizes the tradition Japanese style watercolor look to make it stand out from your typical cherry blossom tree tattoo. If you tune into the details in the bark of the tree, you can really get a sense of what I mean. If that’s not art, I’m not sure what is…

I’ve always been a fan of design based tattoos that contribute to making the body look like a work of art more then the “art” of the individual tattoo. This one seems to do both though. It’s a half sleeve, but I could never see hiding this under anything!

I’m very curious why this tattoo seems to stem from the shoulder, and grow down the back to the lower hip. Very nicely done though, definitely hard to argue the “art” in this one. The details in both the flowers and the texture of the branch make it hard to look away.

Girls and flowers just seem to go together, even if they are tattooed. Nice colors on this one.
